Our recruitment process
Within the Group, we encourage diversity of profiles and are committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities. Beyond age, culture or gender, our recruitment process is focused on skills and potential.
The process is simple: candidates apply in one click by sending us their CV. Our recruitment teams review their application then contact them to talk over the phone or via a recorded video interview. This initial contact serves two purposes: to better understand the applicant’s motivations and their career.
The candidates are then invited to meet several representatives of the Frans Bonhomme Group (Human Resource reps or managers). These interviews are used to explore the applicant’s skills and abilities as well as to make sure the job corresponds to their profile and expectations.
Whatever the results of the recruitment process, we commit to providing each applicant with a response.
Our integration process
Our internal training centre, Station Formation, offers qualifying or certificate training courses for many of the Group’s needs, compatible with the specificities of various jobs. These courses are personalised according to the profile of each new recruit. Combining online training, job and product training, mentoring, etc. they enable new hires to be operational and effective in their job as soon as possible.
Our career enhancement tools
We enable our colleagues to move forward by investing massively in training through a catalogue offering classroom training as well as digital programs, facilitating access to skill development for all employees.
We believe it is important to offer all employees a chance to build their career within the Group. We always prefer promoting one of our employees to recruiting an external candidate.
To promote internal mobility, for example, we provide assistance in moving from one location to another. We also hold situation simulation days which enable us to identify potential candidates for advancement and to create skill development plans to prepare them for new job responsibilities.
